Joyful Movement

Joyful movement means doing 'exercise' that you enjoy. For us that's usually outdoor recreation instead of contrived exercise like gym workouts. 
Here's three ways we included joyful movement in our week: 
  1. Dog walks in our neighbourhood
  2. Hiking 8km in Serpentine National Park
  3. Brisk bushwalk at Henley Reserve bushland
And today we're going for a walk on a local dog beach. 
The key to healthy aging is joyful movement in my opinion! Each person must figure out what movement is joyful for themselves.
