Joyful Movement
Joyful movement means doing 'exercise' that you enjoy. For us that's usually outdoor recreation instead of contrived exercise like gym workouts. And today we're going for a walk on a local dog beach.
Here's three ways we included joyful movement in our week:
- Dog walks in our neighbourhood
- Hiking 8km in Serpentine National Park
- Brisk bushwalk at Henley Reserve bushland
The key to healthy aging is joyful movement in my opinion! Each person must figure out what movement is joyful for themselves.
