Coastal Cycling in Rockingham

We cycled around the Rockingham,  Shoalwater,  Safety Bay shores today.  

Distance: 22km

Cycling is great exercise for me ATM for two reasons:

•  no impact 
• non weight bearing

Today I'm 4 weeks post-op from plantar fascia release and neurolysis surgery. 

It's great to be back in the saddle.
