Boxing Day Bushwalk

Today's hike was only 2km because 6.5 weeks post-op from my foot surgery I'm being careful not to overdo it at the moment.  

But it was a lovely area of banksia woodlands in Kwinana. 

Lots of things caught our eye for photography. 

Be sure to look down and look up when hiking to ensure you are aware of various perspectives on the bushland around you.  

Don't just walk and talk. 

Observe. 

Ponder.

Photograph. 

Get in close and really look at the texture,  colour and shape of flora.
