3 Tips for Christmas Health and Wellness

It's Christmas Eve!
Today we went for a walk on the dog beach with our trio of pooches.
Then in the afternoon we did about 20mins in our home gym room including the Feet Up trainer.  
It was light exercise.  I am not a believer that you need to earn the Christmas treats with excessive workouts.  You work on your health all year so you deserve treats whenever the time is right,  especially the holiday season!
So here's my 3 tips for Christmas health and wellness:

  1. Eat what you want
  2. Get some light exercise (walk,  yoga, etc whatever suits you) 
  3. Spend time with loved ones
