3 Kilometres - a post surgical milestone

3 kilometres might not seem like a very long hike... but 5 weeks post-op from plantar fascia release and neurolysis surgery I am really happy with that progress!

We did a section of the Kwinana Loop Trail in Leda Nature Reserve. 

It was a lovely spot,  we'll definitely hike here more in the future.
