I am feeling rapid improvement in my foot now that I'm almost 6 weeks post-op from plantar fascia release and neurolysis surgery. 

We did have an electric golf cart but it's still about 9000 steps.  

We love the immersion in nature even when our game isn't our best form.  

We see kangaroos,  lizards,  snakes and multiple types of birds during the round.
