Stroll and Roll Rockingham

It's still a few days until I get the stitches out after my recent foot surgery.  So today we headed to the Safety Bay foreshore for a stroll and roll. 

It was a lovely morning for it.  We got out early before the heatwave temps arrived.  

I self propelled the entire one kilometre. 

Terrain: undulating concrete path

Parking: we parked near the boat ramp but there are also several other parking lots along the foreshore.
