Slow Sunday

Nothing beats a stroll on the dog beach to experience true joy! Today was a slow Sunday here,  my body needed some rest after a busy week. 

Seeing our three dogs delighting in the adventure of meeting other dogs and romping in the sand and sea is always very joyous. 

Once we took the pups home we headed to Fremantle for a cuppa and cake. 

Our favourite Cafe in Freo is Moore and Moore.

Then we did some household chores, grocery shopping and watched some TV. Our slow Sunday was fabulous. Rest days are so important to our bodies and mind.
