Kayaking Island Point Reserve

Today we kayaked at Island Point Reserve south of Mandurah.  The weather was spectacular! We saw plenty of rays in the water and a few fish. 

The water is very shallow and the launch point was a sandy shoreline which is ideal.  

On the way home we stopped in at Tim's Thickett Beach and then had a quick banh mi lunch as we passed through Mandurah. 

We certainly look forward to kayaking more locations on the Mandurah estuary in the future after a great day out.
