Kayaking in Mandurah

Today hubby and I went kayaking in Mandurah. We launched at the Redcliffe boat ramp because the nearby kayak launch point is being upgraded ATM.  Interestingly. . . the upgrade will make it an "All Abilities Launch Point" so it'll be great to see that finished!

It's a lovely spot to kayak, we headed north in to Lake Goegrup. There were some very shallow areas, but we managed to get through both ways. 

We paddled 3km in total and saw pelicans, black swans,  multiple types of ducks and even a hawk.
