Food Allergy Action - diet simplification

I've been really unwell lately and food allergies are one of the possible reasons. So I'm beginning a diet simplification.  By that I mean I'm reducing consumption,  cutting out some foods and focusing on clean eating and drinking.

I'll focus on simple eating starting with these 7 favourite meals and 7 exclusions:

I'm focused on high vegetable intake,  minimal carbs and excluding foods that commonly cause allergies such as dairy,  wheat & sesame.

I'm focused on reducing inflammation and not weight loss.  But I've already lost 2kg by slowly phasing in these changes the last week or two.  

I just want to feel well again,  so simplification of diet is a great place to start. 

I'm already vegetarian (7years) and mostly sober (9months) with only the occasional social alcoholic beverage consumed. So, that at least means I have a great head start on this process.
