Walking Weather

It's fabulous weather for a walk in the sunshine today! I'm still in a lot of pain with my left foot and ankle,  so today I took my crutches because with 4 people in the car there isn't space for the wheelchair.

I walked only about 1km but the guys went all the way around Lake Monger.  

I enjoyed the sunshine,  fresh air and vista whilst I waited for them. 

It was lovely but a little chilly sitting in the shade with the breeze!

The eucalypts were delightful:

The view of the city was excellent!

The crutches are fatiguing and I need to walk fairly slow to avoid ankle subluxation but at least I can get out and about!

Later we saw some baby Black Swans at Herdsman Lake too! So cute!!!

I have an xray and ultrasound on my ankle booked for next week to finally begin the process of figuring out a long term fix after 8+ months of pain.
