Upper Body Strength Training

I'm still training my upper body to build the strength I need for wheelchair use. I'm only using the wheelchair for long 'walks' to rest my injured foot/ankle after my injury from January 2023 flared up recently.  
This is an amazing workout and my foot is improving with rest! Today I went 2km.
We went to the shore of the Swan River in Bicton.

It was quite undulating but very pretty and a  relaxed vibe. We'll definitely come back with kayaks some time in Spring/ Summer!
Then we went to our favourite patisserie Picobello.  They do a terrific hot chocolate!
Our favourite snack is vanilla slice, it's a lovely treat
We're still looking after hubby's dad Pete whilst his wife is holidaying in Europe. He's living with dementia so we try to get out for a walk or ride daily.
