Sunshine, fresh air & serenity

I've been feeling unwell for a couple of days,  but today I went to Wells Park foreshore and did some yoga:
It felt great to be doing it in the sunshine.  
The slow and gentle movement of yoga is all I really could've managed today, it's just the perfect recovery activity. 
I truly find any time I'm unwell, eventually I have to push myself to get outdoors and be active again and once I do,  it seems to help with recovery.  
Wells Park is my favourite place for this as its quiet and has large lawn areas along the beach front.
Today I just sat there on my mat for ages before I felt ready to do yoga but I sincerely enjoyed the serenity of the space during that time.

Hubby officially retires a week from today and we're ready to enjoy the next phase of our lives by immersing ourselves in the outdoor recreation opportunities Western Australia has to offer!
