Outdoor Yoga for Recovery

When recovering in the days after a strenuous activity it's important to stretch and soothe tired muscles.  Here are three activities that are great for recovery days:

  1. Walking
  2. Yoga
  3. A hot bath

Our bodies are recovering from yesterday's epic mountain bike ride,  so went to Wells Park and did 40 mins of yoga:

Afterwards we enjoyed a short walk on the beach:
The weather was amazingly warm and sunny for a winters day!
We also took our dogs to the dog beach earlier today:
They love the beach as well as meeting all the other dogs.
