Yoga at the Beach

It's a beautiful winter day so I headed to the beach to do some outdoor yoga practice! 
I did about 30 mins of yoga practice and then some seated meditation as I listened to the little waves crash.  

I also walked on the beach a little. 
My left foot/ankle soft tissue injury (from January) is still healing. I only walked about 100m on the sand so I didn't aggravate it. I think short little walks on the sand could help to build more strength in that joint at this point in my recovery. 
Then when I got home,  I decided to walk each of our three dogs independently (because hubby is away and walking 3 at once would be difficult). 
So it's been a busy active day to take advantage of the sunshine before the rain comes back mid week.
