Slow and Steady

My figure four fold isn't as deep as it used to be, but I'll get back to my prior flexibility level eventually now that my foot/ankle are finally recovering from December/ January injuries.  

When recovering and trying to regain past levels of health as a fitness it's important to take it as slowly as your body needs!
Dinner tonight was sesame seed roasted potatoes topped with stir fry green vegetables and garlic. It was delicious! Vegetarian life makes meals so easy!
