Feet Up Trainer Practice

Today I did 7 mins of Feet Up inversion practice:

This is fantastic for building core strength. 
And I've personally found the Feet Up an excellent addition to our home gym the last couple of years. 
Here's a video of my 6 mins if you are wondering what I do for 6 mins upside down. 
I also did about 30 mins of floor yoga.
