Core Strengthening

My current fitness focus for 2023 is building core strength. So how am I building core strength?

I'm utilizing my Feet Up inversion trainer whenever I am in my home gym as it's a great core strengthening activity. I also do floor yoga & pilates 20 mins several times a week. Including use of my yoga wheel. 

Cycling weekly is my main cardio activity ATM and it also helps build core strength in a number of ways. 

I'm planning to release a PDF of my core strengthening workout once I've refined it a little. Stay tuned.
