Struggling?? Workout with a Friend

Today I dragged hubby along for a quick 15 min ride at the end of the day, then we walked the dogs. Working out with a buddy is a great strategy if you are struggling to find time, energy or motivation to workout. So today I invited hubby because he hasn't done much structured exercise lately, so I figured daily quick rides together would be a good start for him and great company for me. 

I pushed a little harder today since it was a short ride:
It was close to five kilometers. Those small daily rides really can make a difference to your fitness, overall health and mindset. 
So consider a workout with a friend, partner or colleague if you are struggling.
