Perspective
I've had a respiratory virus for almost two weeks, I'm thoroughly exhausted. I've still been busy and can't say I've been slothful but I've also done no 'structured' exercise. By that I mean I've walked, done yardwork etc but haven't done a 'workout'
But Friday the flooring is scheduled for replacement in our two spare rooms, one of which will be set up as our home gym once the new flooring is in. So after that I'll be able to get back to regular yoga, strength training and Feet Up inversion. Yay!!!
International moves are a major life blip so I'm totally giving myself grace right now and understanding that the current circumstances are necessary to get to the end goal.
So, as I was driving my car yesterday these two thoughts entered my mind:
- We make our own fun
- Joy comes from within
That lead to a philosophical mindset, so I thought it was time to share a 'Wednesday Wisdom' post to share some pearls of wisdom. I hope they spark some philosophical thinking in you today.
This kind of philosophical thinking adds perspective to your mindset and helps guide actions.
