Walking is Effective Exercise

Today's only exercise was 12,000+ steps. 

I walked on the beach with hubby and our eldest son. The water was lovely and cool.

Hubby and I also walked the dogs around our neighborhood this morning and even saw a local mumma kangaroo and her joey grazing in the park behind our house. 
I also went to IKEA and did some other shopping so that contributed to my step count for the day as well. 

Tomorrow it's the weekend and we'll be focused on assembling furniture most of the weekend. 

I'm planning to do some yoga Monday though, it'll be nice to get back to a regular yoga regimen after a busy month or two because of our repatriation to Australia.
