Meditation Theme Monday
Did you know that not all meditation must be done whilst sitting or laying down?! Thic Nhat Hahn has a great book "How to Walk" in which he explains walking meditation, it's well worth a read and it's a short, quick book.
So today's meditation prompt is an image of gentle waves crashing on the beach. I find walking along the bay here in Rockingham, Western Australia very meditative.
