Cycling again!

We landed in Perth over three weeks ago, it's been a whirlwind time trying to get our new home organized and our belongings unpacked. But it's all been energy zapping hard work, I can tell I've lost weight as my bras were loose and needed tightening!
But today we got in our first workout! We did a 20 min cycle around our neighborhood. After a big day in the house and garden that was enough!
It's quite windy so it was hard work.
But we also walked on the beach yesterday:
And I walked on the beach on my own one day earlier in the week as well:
We also walk the dogs several days a week when we have time and when the summery weather isn't too hot.
Another huge calorie burning task we did was to remove almost all the plants in the side garden, here's the before picture:

We've now added four raised beds for veggie growing and converted an old fountain into a tiered herb garden:
So we've been getting plenty of "exercise". Like lifting lots of bags of mulch, potting mix, sand and stepping stones! 
We haven't set up our home gym yet because we're in the process of getting flooring replaced in several rooms including the room that will be the gym. 
It's all exhausting. I can't wait for life to settle down a bit so I can get back to regular yoga practice, walking, cycling and golf.
