Ab Day Workout Video Review
Ab day!
In truth I usually don't do an 'ab day' my regular yoga practice incorporates a lot of gentle ab work though. But today hubby and I did a ten minute ab workout video we found on YouTube:
I felt this was a little beyond our personal comfort level. There were only 5 moves, each performed for 40 secs (too long for us) then a 20 sec rest between moves. Then all five were repeated. At least two of the moves I wouldn't do again because I feel there are safer ways for me to work those areas given the moves were a little advanced for my middle aged core and I have a bad back so I need to be very careful to prevent injury.
But overall for a ten minute workout it definitely got us puffed and sweating and it isn't listed as a beginner class, so I guess I'd give it a three star ⭐⭐⭐ rating because moves were explained reasonably well but no modifications were provided.
