5 Flu Season Health Tips
I'm currently in a period of recurrent viral illness so I thought it was a good time to review these 5 health tips for flu season.
I'm currently ensuring all of these are focused on daily, so I'm not drinking alcohol at all ATM, I'm vegetarian so I generally consume lots of fruit and veggies, I walk my dogs daily to exercise and get fresh air and sunshine, and I always drink a large straw cup of water each day whilst working at my computer or watching TV:
So assess your daily schedule, diet etc before illness to ensure you can fend off viruses before they really take hold.
