Leg Strength Training with Yoga
If you want to incorporate some leg strengthening yoga poses into your workout be sure to include Warrior 3! It is one of my favorite yoga poses! Here is a slow motion video of me in the gym this morning performing this pose:We are living in an apartment complex ATM so it is nice to have a gym in the complex!It is reasonably well equipped! Pop back tomorrow and I'll share a post about my favorite piece of equipment!
