Sore Core!

Both hubby and I woke up with slightly sore abs today after doing my yoga class yesterday morning! 

Most of my exercise last week was walking and weight lifting (boxes and tubs as we are packing all our belongings up ready to ship them back to Australia)! And the rec center where I work was closed. So my abs made it clear I can't skip a week LOL.
