Lazy day of Summer

Today is the last day of Summer!

I taught yoga in the amphitheatre for the Town of Castle Rock and had about 45 participants. 

It was only 65*f and windy so I had to place rocks on the corners of my yoga mat to stop it blowing 😂

There's only two weekends left to enjoy yoga in the amphitheatre this year!
