Tracheobronchomalacia & VCD Relief

I squeezed in a quick ride today before the afternoon storm arrived!

It was great to be back on the bike even though I got a little wet towards the end of the ride when the rain started. 

I'm breathing so much easier this week! Allergy season is finally abating somewhat! 

But I'm also consistently using antihistamines daily now that my Dr and I suspect I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. This is my daily systemic:

The Nasacort really helps me breathe and talk better within about 15 mins! I wish I'd discovered it 5+ years ago when my tracheobronchomalacia and vocal cord dysfunction began to really cause breathing and talking problems.
