Today I headed to Castle Rock to do my colleague Katy's outdoor yoga class in Festival Park. I'll be teaching this class next Monday evening, so I wanted to check out the venue and see it in action.
But it was a stormy afternoon! This was the view out my windshield when I parked:
The park was drenched!
The lawn was muddy!
So after a text and call to our boss it was decided to move the class to the local rec center. So Katy went there to teach and I hung around the park to tell people about the backup plan.
There were only 4 participants so I guess the weather turned most people off 🤣😂 Stay tuned as the summer outdoor yoga program continues and I'll share more of the outdoor yoga adventures.
