Easing Back to Activity

After a couple of rough weeks health wise I'm easing back to physical activity. Today I walked the dogs for 40 mins, it was a little warm for them (80*f) so we stopped at all the shady spots.
I also taught my 9.30am yoga class at the rec center in Castle Rock and did 5 mins on the Feet Up trainer:
I had to do it in two separate sessions, which isn't usual for me but I'm struggling for breath today due to allergies, so I'm just happy I did some Feet Up! 

Tomorrow I'm planning to get back to cycling if I can manage it🀞 πŸ‘πŸš΄‍♀️♥️
