Sequencing Tip

Both the low lunge and Half Monkey pose are a great stretch and they work well together!

And you can always transition straight into full splits (Monkey pose) from there and give students the option to stay in half splits or low lunge as needed.

And on a more personal note it's the first anniversary of my graduation from yoga teacher training!

What a life revolution this was for me!
I'm currently teaching 5 classes per week and loving it!
