Diversity - Yoga Teaching Strategies

How do you try to encourage recognition and participation of diverse populations in the yoga community?

It can be as simple as ensuring your yoga classes encourage participants to do what suits their body or more complex like reaching out to teach low fee or free classes for underprivileged members of our communities.

Example: This summer I have offered to teach free yoga classes for teen moms at a local high school for pregnant teens and teen moms as part of their summer break enrichment program!
