Yoga for Teachers

Today I taught an after school yoga class for teachers at Cowell Elementary. This is a short term contract with Mile High Fitness and Wellness for several weeks of yoga classes on Tuesday afternoons at Cowell. 

It was great fun! I taught them all the poses on my "7 days of Yoga" printable which is available for free download from my website (link in left sidebar) and provided them with a copy of the PDF so that they can begin a quick daily yoga practice if they would like to!
