Start with a plan... Adapt it as needed!
I start each day with an idea of what physical activity I would like to find time for. But it doesn't always all happen. In fact most days I overestimate the amount of time I'll have for exercise.
Today's plan:
- 40 min dog walk
- 1 mile run or 20 min neighborhood cycle
I only got one of the two things done.
But carrying a 9lb dog a mile definitely upped the effort required! That dog, our dachshund mix Zoe has been unwell over a week but she has ups and downs in her recovery progress, I think today's unseasonably warm weather was too much for her.
