Recovery Indicators

After hurting my back at New Year's I had to ease off on some yoga poses for many weeks. But now there are a few poses that make it obvious to me how much better I'm getting:

Example - Figure 4 fold: during my back injury recovery period I could not get my elbows into my knee/foot!

It's great to feel like I can do all my favorites poses again!
I only squeezed in 20 mins of yoga on the mat  today but it felt great 
It's important during periods of injury to notice what you can't do so that you can celebrate when you can do it again! 🥂🎉
I also did 7 mins Feet Up inversion:
I start teaching my regular Thursday morning class this week at a local rec center! I'm excited!
