Just Get on the Mat

Do you sometimes skip workouts and struggle with motivation? Here's my tip:
Just get on the mat and promise yourself you'll do ten minutes gentle exercise. Set a stopwatch to watch that time adding up

I do that sometimes when I'm tired. What I've found is that by the end of ten mins I usually feel somewhat rejuvenated and can do more!
Today I did 25+ mins when I was only planning ten! But I really enjoyed my rest on the mat when I was done and so did Zoe the Dorkie:
 I also did 7 mins Feet Up inversion:

So that's over 30 mins exercise I wouldn't have done if I had let my afternoon tiredness win the battle of wills.
