Gloomy Weather Workout

It's another Colorado snow day. So I focused on indoor exercise today. One hour of yoga.
Including a 7 min Feet Up inversion, here's the time lapse video:
But it's officially Spring now and I'm looking forward to the improved weather outlook in the coming months. Spring workout plans:

  • Get back to trail running once the trails aren't icy
  • Get back to cycling around our hilly neighborhood
  • Longer walks with our dogs
  • Continuing yoga and strength training
