Fostering Motivation in Health and Fitness
The weather is frigid again in Colorado this week so I'm thankful for my indoor exercise regimen!
Today I did 32 minutes of floor yoga and for the first time ever my forehead was able to rest on the floor in a wide legged forward fold!
