Fabulous Trip

We arrived back in Denver yesterday after a week in Salt Lake City Utah for the annual SME conference where hubby received a lifetime achievement award:

We had a great time with his colleagues/friends:

And spent a lot of our down time walking around the city to explore the fabulous bakeries/patisseries:

Walking to explore a city is a great way to burn some of the calories consumed whilst exploring 🤣 this was a fabulous churro/dulce cruffin:

And a fantastic Napoleon:

But we did eat some healthier food too:

Now I'm eager to get back to my usual health and fitness regimen!
