Working Out the Kinks

Yoga is my daily way of working out the discomfort in my lower back as I recover from a lower back issue that started on New Year's Eve. I often start out with back discomfort and end the session feeling limber and physically refreshed. I took this photo today after I finished my session in savasana.
You can see my joy because my back pain eased during the yoga session!
I did over 60 mins of yoga.

Today I was testing out this 60+ min sequence:

It went well, I will do it a few more times before I determine if the sequence needs any edits to optimize flow.

And I also did 7 mins Feet Up inversion today and walked the dogs for 40 mins.
