I've been feeling a little lacking in energy since my flu shot Wednesday so today I spent a few hours working on a task that's been on my to-do list for ages - creating a printable booklet for my new yoga coaching clients. I collated information from my YTT 200 & 300 courses as well as MTT 100 course. This booklet is free to download from my website, here's a preview:

This is just a quick read for beginners to yoga. It begins to explain how multifaceted yoga is. Many people have been lead to believe yoga is only exercise but that is actually only Asana which is one of the 8 limbs of yogic philosophy.
Then I did 5 mins Feet Up inversion:
