Graduating PT

Today was my last physical therapy session! I've been pain free for about a week! It was a long 6 weeks of back pain and hip instability, I'm glad I found a good PT place!

Then I went to my new workplace to fill in all the new hire paperwork for my yoga teaching role. Here's a great image from the Town of Castle Rock Recreation Center website that shows one of the yoga classrooms:

It is a great facility with, pools, gyms, pickleball courts, several classrooms for fitness classes including a spin class and hubby and I get a membership too so we can use the facilities any time. 

Then I couldn't wait to get home so I could take my three dogs for a walk in the glorious sunshine:
