February!
As February begins I am reflecting on January. Considering I have had a strained back since New Years I'm pretty happy with my activity level this past month:
Sometimes you just have to do whatever you can.
I'm also tracking the variety of fruit and vegetables I consume throughout 2022.
I'm actually surprised.It's better than I thought.
It's okay to not buy into societal expectations of what woman should look like. I'm in my late forties and I don't hate my grey hairs, they are great natural highlights. You can be you. Just give yourself permission. Note: these are not all full serving sizes, sometimes it's just a little. What I'm trying to track is the variety. Varied vitamins and minerals ensure my nutritional intake is balanced.
It's winter so I'm not eating many salads ATM but I'm keeping up a good variety most days!
Oh and FYI hair update.
15 months since I had hubby use the clippers to cut off the last of my dyed hair!
