Yoga Coaching Assessment
I'm building a 1:1 yoga coaching business plan and creating the resources I will need to help my clients improve their strength and flexibility and learn the fundamentals of yoga.
Step one: pre-coaching assessment to determine the client's current flexibility and strength so that I can tailor a plan to their needs. Hubby is my guinea pig. Eventually I'll put these images side by side to show progress made over a period of time.
He's a beginner so there will likely be a terrific improvement in alignment, flexibility, strength and pose knowledge in the next few months.
We also did a 20 min strength and flexibility beginners sequence together. He's enjoying yoga and feeling empowered to improve his health which is awesome. He's 50 years old and had never done yoga until he tried it with me mid last year, now he's seen my progress he's eager to regularly practice with me.
It was a glorious day outside so I did a lovely 60 min dog walk today:
I also breakfast meal prepped by baking "eggy loaf" which we slice and warm up in the toaster oven daily for breakfast.
And I began reading this book:So far it's been a great succinct summary but I've only read one chapter. I'll let you know what I think once I've finished the book.
