Upward Facing Dog or Cobra

A lot of people are confused about the difference between upward facing dog pose and cobra pose. So let me show you!

Upward facing dog:

Straight arms. Body suspended above the ground between hands and toes/balls of feet. A strenuous pose that works the core and arms significantly.

Lower body is resting on the floor, arms are bent. Generally speaking it's a less strenuous pose focused more on the stretching/back bend.

I hope that helps!
Sequencing tip: I like to go from down dog into up dog then release my body to the floor and bend arms for cobra.
