Perseverance
I'm still struggling with some back pain and my hip subluxates more frequently than usual lately. But I'm persevering through this phase with yoga whenever I can manage it. It actually doesn't hurt to do most of my favorite poses now. But it still hurts walking or even at night when I'm trying to sleep.
This week I'm adding clam shells to my regular yoga sequence. Whilst I'm on the floor doing floor yoga sequences is a great time to do these:I got this fantastic fabric resistance band at Tuesday Morning for $5.99 that is so much better than the usual rubbery ones:
The brand is Slim and Trim and it's a cute pink hombre stripe.I did my 7 mins Feet Up today:
And 60 mins yoga plus a 20 min dog walk.
