Over the Hurdle 🤞

I've been relatively pain free for three days! It's such a relief after hurting my back on New Years eve! 

It's amazing how much I can achieve when I'm not in pain! It's been a really productive few days as I start catching up on tasks not done in the past three weeks.  

I think my tactic of increasing back stretches and reducing how far I go into hip opening yoga poses really helped with my recovery. I'll still have to be really careful for a while as it's early days yet! I have 3 stretch focused yoga sequence free printable available on my website:

Today I did 10 mins indoor cycling and 10+ minutes of cardio/strength training intervals that included some yoga poses. I also meditated for 10 mins:

Even a short workout on the bike certainly gets the heart pumping faster!

I did 7 mins on my Feet Up:

And I enjoyed a walk with my dogs in the sunshine:
