Finally Pain Free
After ten days of pain then discomfort after hurting my back New Years Eve, I woke up today pain free! There's still some tightness in my lower back muscles but I definitely feel massive improvement!
So I really enjoyed my yoga today! Even the splits!I can do almost all the strenuous poses I was avoiding earlier last week.
I'm still having some discomfort with full boat and reverse plank so I'll avoid them until next week.
I also noticed more instability in warrior 3 so I'll see how that goes the next day or two.
But for the first time this year I was able to use my Feet Up trainer today with confidence that it wouldn't do more harm than good!
I did the full 7 mins I usually do and whilst I noticed some back stiffness it was entirely manageable 👏❤️So I'm back to almost full workout mode! That was a long ten days!
